Tazbeet ("we", "us") is a nutrition and fitness app operated by Yassin, Egypt. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at kmanga27lal@gmail.com.

In short: we use your information only to run Tazbeet. We don't sell it, we don't show ads, and you can delete your account and data from inside the app at any time.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Account: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and email from your Google account.
Health and fitness information: foods and meals you log, water intake, body weight, your daily goals (calories, protein, carbs, fat, steps), and the details you enter to build your plan, such as age, sex, height, weight, training days and goals.
Photos: meal photos you take or choose for AI analysis, and any images you attach to items such as saved meals.
Searches and scans: food names you search and barcodes you scan, and a short history of them so you can find them again.
Workouts: your training plan, sessions and progress. Most workout data is stored on your device.
Messages to support: anything you send us when you contact us.

Information collected when you use the app

Step count: read from your phone's motion sensor, with your permission, to show your daily steps.
Location: used, with your permission and only while you use the map, to show restaurants near you.
Usage counts: how many AI scans and lookups you've used, so we can apply the limits of your plan.
Technical information: basic logs (such as time of a request and error messages) that help us keep the service secure and working.

Payments

If you buy a Premium or Ultra plan in the app, the payment is handled by Paymob. You enter your card or wallet details on Paymob's secure page. We never see or store your full card number or wallet PIN. We receive and keep the plan you bought, the amount, the date, the payment status and Paymob's transaction reference. If you got Tazbeet from Google Play or the App Store and pay there, Google or Apple handle the payment instead under their own policies.

2. How we use your information

To provide the app's features: tracking, daily targets, your diary, progress charts, workouts and achievements.
To estimate the nutrition of foods and meals with AI when you ask for it.
To calculate and adjust your plan, for example when your weight trend changes.
To activate your plan after payment, apply its limits, and show your payment history.
To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fraud, and fix problems.
To answer you when you contact us.

We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with data brokers.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run Tazbeet, and only what they need:

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or of Tazbeet.

4. Health information

Food, weight and fitness information can be sensitive. We use it only to provide Tazbeet to you. Tazbeet is not a medical service. Nutrition values, including AI estimates and micronutrients, are estimates and are not medical advice.

5. How long we keep it, and deleting your account

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). This permanently deletes your account and the data linked to it from our systems, including your logs, photos, weight history and payment records we hold. Any time left on a plan is lost. Payment providers such as Paymob may keep their own transaction records as the law requires. Data stored only on your device, such as most workout data, is removed when you delete the app.

6. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections. Access to your data is restricted to your own account, and plan changes and AI limits are enforced on our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Children

Tazbeet is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your choices and rights

Access and correct: you can view and edit most of your information in the app.
Delete: delete individual entries, or your whole account, in the app.
Permissions: you can turn camera, location, motion and notification access on or off in your phone's settings. Some features won't work without them.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll let you know in the app.
