These terms are an agreement between you and Yassin ("we", "us"), the operator of the Tazbeet app. By creating an account or using Tazbeet, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Tazbeet helps you track food, water, steps, weight and workouts, and suggests daily targets and training plans. Tazbeet is not a medical service and does not give medical advice. Calorie, macro and micronutrient values, including AI estimates, are estimates and can be wrong. Plans and targets are general guidance. Talk to a doctor or qualified professional before making major changes to your diet or exercise, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have a history of disordered eating.
Tazbeet has a free plan and two paid plans, Premium and Ultra. What each plan includes, such as the number of AI scans and lookups and features like micronutrients, is shown in the app on the Plans screen.
If you got Tazbeet from Google Play or the App Store and subscribe there, your subscription is billed by Google or Apple, renews automatically until you cancel, and is managed and cancelled in your store account settings. Their payment and refund rules apply.
Because a pass unlocks digital features immediately, payments are generally not refundable, except where Egyptian law requires a refund. If a technical problem on our side prevented you from using a plan you paid for, contact us within 14 days of payment at kmanga27lal@gmail.com and we'll make it right, with a refund or extra time. If a payment is refunded, the time it added to your plan is removed.

If you break these terms, we may suspend or close your account. If we close your account for abuse or fraud, unused plan time is not refunded.
Your logs, photos and other content stay yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide Tazbeet to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep Tazbeet running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or stop features. If we ever shut down a paid feature permanently, we'll offer a fair refund for unused pass time.
Tazbeet is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on estimates or suggestions in the app. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Egyptian consumer protection law.
You can stop using Tazbeet and delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). Deleting your account ends any remaining plan time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Tazbeet after a change means you accept the new terms.
